Ben Charest - Guitar
Ben is an Oscar nominated composer from Montreal. He has written over 20 film scores and is known mostly for his 2004 “Les Triplettes de Bellville”. Besides being a celebrated composer he is also one of the finest Jazz guitarists in Canada. He completed his studies at the University of Montreal and McGill University, then made a name for himself playing with Quebec’s finest jazz musicians, Alain Caron, Paul Brouchu, Chet Doxas, etc… Ben currently records with his organ based jazz Trio, “The Ben Charest Trio”
